Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any software, website, or service provided by Aurora Softworks LLC (“Aurora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the Aurora executor and related tools (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Continued use after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Any other domain, mirror, or third-party site claiming to offer Aurora downloads or services is unauthorized. We are not responsible for malware, scams, or damage resulting from unofficial sources. Always verify you are on the official domain before downloading.

Description of Service

Aurora is a software tool intended for educational, research, and personal experimentation purposes related to scripting environments. The Service may include executors, libraries, updates, documentation, and community resources.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility & Account Responsibility

Aurora Softworks LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any other game platform. Use of the Service in connection with third-party platforms is at your own risk and may violate those platforms’ terms of service.

You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from use of the Service with third-party software or services, including account actions, bans, or legal claims by third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, documentation, and materials provided under the Aurora name are the property of Aurora Softworks LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero if you have not paid.
