Overview

Aurora Softworks LLC (“Aurora”, “we”, “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement on content hosted on our official website.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material on getaurora.pages.dev infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes all of the following:

Incomplete notices may be rejected. We may share your notice with the alleged infringer or the public as required by law or process.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any judicial district in which Aurora Softworks LLC may be found if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent
Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement within the time period required by law.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, Aurora Softworks LLC will terminate or restrict access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.

We also reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate access for any user who infringes intellectual property rights, whether or not there is a formal DMCA notice, at our sole discretion.

Scope & Limitations

This DMCA policy applies only to content hosted or published by Aurora Softworks LLC on the official domain:

It does not cover:

Third-party websites, mirrors, or file hosts (including MediaFire or similar)
Modified, cracked, or redistributed versions of Aurora software not published by us
Content on Discord or other community platforms (those are governed by the platform’s own policies)
Trademark disputes that are not copyright claims (contact us separately for trademark concerns)

Software and branding published by Aurora Softworks LLC are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or claiming ownership of Aurora assets is prohibited.
